Today, I got a really hard realitycheck. I´m on diet!!!!!! 

I have totally forgotten how it was to get this sudden crave for special things to eat! This time it is non stop who´s on top of the “wanted-list”! (They say that your body craves for things it is in need of-OK what´s with the non stop?? Except for the enormous amount of fat and sugar?? Maybe it´s just the brightly-coloured coating who gives my mind something to fantasize about?)

I have been pretty obsessed in very different things every time I go on to a dietprogram. In 2001 it was muffins who totally blowed my mind…. I dreamed about them every night the last week before the swedish championships! Take a look at this link for example:

Now its time for my delicious eggwhites!! No non stop for me in at least 13 weeks…

I´ve just received a positive answer from my favourite coach Janna Lennerup, and she has decided to help me out with my backstage preparations this competition season!! There are very few people who have manage to cope with my bad temper before and during a competion, but Janna is exeptional in this area!!

Chest and abdominal exercise at five o´clock this afternoon.

Benchpress:

Inclined benchpress with dumbells:

Pec dec:

Crunches:

Next week I will probably be forced to start doin´ some cardio exercise for at least 30 minutes after weight lifting.

 

 

 

 

slow starter

I have to admit that I´ve been a VERY slow starter with my diet! But tomorrow I´ll dive in on tuna and rice again. (Third time in tree weeks…)

Hello everybody!

Today, finally the site is up and running, and I have a LOT of work to do!

Two weeks ago I started preparing for the fitness competitions this fall. The first one is the international grand prix in Larvik (www.internationalgrandprix.com) and this will be my first competition since 2004.
