19 juli-chest and abdominal exercise

60 minutes cardio before breakfast today!

Chest and abdominal exercise at five o´clock this afternoon.

Benchpress:

Inclined benchpress with dumbells:

1setx16kgx8reps

1setx18kgx4reps

Pec dec:

2setx25kgx15reps

Crunches:

1setx20kgx15reps

2setx30kgx10reps

Next week I will probably be forced to start doin´ some cardio exercise for at least 30 minutes after weight lifting.
