Things you think about when you are on a diet…
Anyway, this is how my days look like for the next two weeks!
Breakfast: 40 g oatmeal and 45 g whey tech (proteinfabrikken)
Meal one: 30 g brown rice, 80 g tuna in water, 10 g udo´s choice, vegetables..
Meal two: same as meal one
Meal tree: same as meal one and two
After exercise: 40 g cell max (proteinfabrikken), 45 g whey tech (proteinfabrikken)
Evening: 180 g eggwhites
