2-1-2 and so on…

My new dietprogram:

Two days with 60 g carbs, 180 g proteins and 30 g fat, and then one day with 120 g carbs, 120 g proteins and 30 g from fat.

No sweetner (there goes my pepsi max… ) no nutritional supplements what so ever, but vitamins and minerals and Udo´s choice. Just plain food-and that became a rather large amound of food. Cod, eggwhites and vegetables are on the meny today-yammie…

My weight was stagnated on 57.5 kilos, (for about three weeks) and I was holding a lot of extra water. But when I started this new program, it immediately went down to 56.5 kilos, (this morning) and I got a much tighter look.
